TechTweakPK Warranty Guidelines

  1. The TechTweakPK warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  2. Warranty services include repair or replacement of the product only, with no refund policy.
  3. After submitting the warranty claim form, a TechTweakPK representative will contact the customer promptly.
  4. If the product is damaged upon delivery, customers must contact TechTweakPK within 6 hours of receiving the product and provide a complete video of the parcel and product. The customer service team will give further instructions.
  5. Do not accept any parcel without TechTweakPK’s Official Branded Flyer. Ensure the package is fully sealed and not tampered with or taped. TechTweakPK is not responsible for any claims if the customer accepts a shipment in such a condition.
  6. Proof of purchase (airway bill or invoice) is required to claim warranty services.
  7. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the shipment.
  8. In case of replacement, the product will be replaced with an equivalent condition device, possibly without packaging and accessories.
  9. Although TechTweakPK will strive to complete replacements as quickly as possible, there is no obligation to do so within a specified time frame.
  10. TechTweakPK is not liable for any consequential damages, losses to property or life, personal data loss, or injuries resulting from defects in TechTweakPK products.
  11. The warranty does not cover any claims related to skin rashes or allergies due to product usage, nor will such issues be eligible for repairs or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The product is not used as per the instruction manual.
  • Serial number mismatches between the product and the box will void the warranty.
  • Damages due to customer misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, pest damage, liquid spills, extreme temperature exposure, non-specified charger usage, wire damage, or reckless use.
  • Warranty automatically terminates at the end of the warranty period (as indicated by proof of purchase), even if the product has not been used during the period.
  • Peeling or deterioration of the product’s color due to normal wear and tear.
  • Claims related to product aesthetics, dim display under sunlight, or low sound quality due to dust or dirt buildup.
